What workspaces are for, how to invite a teammate, and the difference between an Owner, Manager and Replier.

A workspace is one business’s setup in Scroll Ready — its connected channels, its inbox, its team. If you run two unrelated businesses, you can have two workspaces under the same login and switch between them with the workspace picker in the top-left.

Inviting a teammate

  1. Settings → Team → Invite member.
  2. Enter their email and pick a role (see below).
  3. They get an email with a one-click link to accept. The link expires in seven days.

The three roles

  • Owner. Full access including billing, deletion and adding/removing teammates. Usually one person per workspace.
  • Manager. Can do everything except billing and owner-level destructive actions. Most teammates sit here.
  • Replier. Inbox-only. Can see and reply to messages but can’t post, edit settings or see billing. Useful for a front-of-house person who handles DMs but shouldn’t change the schedule.

Multiple workspaces, same login

When you create a second workspace, your email becomes the Owner of both. The workspace picker at the top of the app lets you flip between them; notifications and billing are kept separate per workspace.

Removing a teammate

Settings → Team → click the member → Remove. Their pending replies stay in the inbox but get reassigned to “unassigned” so nothing falls through the cracks.
