All billing lives in Settings → Billing. Only the workspace Owner can see this section. Plan changes take effect immediately; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Changing plan
- Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Pick the new plan. The price difference (or refund) is prorated to the day.
- Confirm. Any new features unlock instantly; any features you’re dropping stay available until the end of the current month so nothing breaks mid-week.
Monthly vs annual
Annual is the same plan, billed once a year, at roughly 17% off. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time (the unused portion of your current monthly bill credits forward). Switching from annual back to monthly only takes effect at the end of the annual term — no early refunds.
Updating your card
Settings → Billing → Payment method. The update form is hosted by Stripe; Scroll Ready never sees the full card number. If a charge fails, you get an email and a banner in the app; you have seven days to fix the card before access pauses.
Cancellation
Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — you keep full access until then. Your data and connected channels stay in place for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back; after 30 days, connections are revoked and posts that haven’t fired are cleared.
Invoices & receipts
Every charge generates a PDF invoice you can download from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Need a name or ABN on the invoice? Add them under Billing details and they’ll appear on future invoices.
